
Ministry of Health Announces Operational Plan for Primary Healthcare Centers During Eid Al-Fitr 2025
The Ministry of Health has announced a comprehensive operational plan for primary healthcare centers during the Eid Al-Fitr holiday in 2025. According to the ministry, 47 health centers across various regions will remain open, ensuring uninterrupted medical care for both citizens and residents throughout the holiday.
The plan includes several centers operating 24/7, while others will be open from 7:00 AM to midnight.
In the Capital Health Zone, six centers will be operational:
- 24/7 Centers: Ali Sabah Al-Salem Center (Sulaibikhat), Abdulrahman Al-Zaid Center (Khaitan), and Abdullah Al-Abd Al-Hadi Center (Granada).
- 7:00 AM – Midnight Centers: Hassan Al-Dehani Center (Adailiya), Abdulaziz Hussein Center (Mishref), and Abdullah Al-Othman Center (Mirqab).
In the Hawally Health Zone, six centers will be in operation:
- 24/7 Centers: Rumaithiya and Salwa Specialized Centers.
- 7:00 AM – Midnight Centers: West Salmiya, West Salwa, West Mishref, and Mahmoud Haji Haidar Center (Bayan).
In the Farwaniya Health Zone, nine centers will be operational:
- 24/7 Centers: South Firdous, West Andalus, and Ardiya Centers.
- 7:00 AM – Midnight Centers: Khaitan, Abdullah Mubarak, South Ardiya, South Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh, Sabah Al-Nasser, and Al-Raqi Centers.
The Ahmadi Health Zone will have the highest number of operational centers, with 12 centers providing services 24/7. These include:
- West Sabahiya, Sabah Al-Ahmad A, Fahaheel, Wafra, Al-Egaila, Masayel, Al-Zohor, Ahmadi, Fintas, Industrial Ports, South Sabahiya, and the Women’s Center in Ali Sabah Al-Salem.
This initiative ensures that essential healthcare services remain accessible to the public throughout the Eid holiday.
