Kuwait: The Ministry of Interior has officially transitioned the Capital Governorate’s driving test operations to a new location in Shuwaikh. According to Colonel Fahad Al-Essa, Director of the Traffic Awareness Department, the move is effective as of January 25, 2026.
The new facility is conveniently situated adjacent to the General Traffic Department headquarters. This relocation is a key step in the Ministry’s broader strategy to modernize traffic services, optimize the working environment, and ensure a more efficient experience for the public.
