The Meteorology Department predicts a drop in temperatures beginning Saturday night, with cold weather during the day and very cold conditions at night. There is also a possibility of snowfall in certain areas, particularly in agricultural and desert regions.
Dharar Al-Ali, Director of the Meteorology Department, stated to the Kuwait News Agency that the country is currently influenced by an extension of a high-pressure system, accompanied by a cold air mass originating from Eastern Europe. This is bringing light to moderate northwesterly winds, occasionally becoming strong, resulting in lower temperatures, increased cold, and the potential formation of ice in some areas.
