A reputable company is seeking an experienced **Systems & Network Administrator** with a strong background in IT.

Job Description:
- Provide desktop support for hardware and software issues.
- Offer general network and server support.
- Manage server backups and IT inventory.
- Support office software applications.

Job Requirements:
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide reassurance and support to users with patience.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Windows Servers, Windows Desktop, MS Office, IP Telephony, and CCTV systems.
- Understanding of IT hardware and basic networking infrastructure.
- Experience upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Must be a team player.
- Strong awareness of IT security practices.
