Location: Al Rai
A General Trading Company specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Oil Field Accessories is looking for a Facility Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks and coordinate facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct monthly inspections of company buildings and assets, reporting findings to management.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
- Oversee office security systems (access control, alarms, surveillance).
- Ensure FHC equipment servicing is done annually before expiry dates.
- Handle budgeting and financial planning for office expenses.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring monthly restocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces and common areas.
- Keep updated records of invoices from external partners.
- Research new services and appliances to improve facility operations.
Basic Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative or facilities management roles.
