Facility Administrator Vacancy – Kuwait

Location: Al Rai

A General Trading Company specializing in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Oil Field Accessories is looking for a Facility Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks and coordinate facility maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct monthly inspections of company buildings and assets, reporting findings to management.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
  • Oversee office security systems (access control, alarms, surveillance).
  • Ensure FHC equipment servicing is done annually before expiry dates.
  • Handle budgeting and financial planning for office expenses.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring monthly restocking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces and common areas.
  • Keep updated records of invoices from external partners.
  • Research new services and appliances to improve facility operations.

Basic Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in administrative or facilities management roles.
