Job Overview:
A newly established salon in Sharq is looking for a skilled, creative, and professional Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and artificial nail applications. A passion for beauty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills are essential to providing an outstanding client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures.
- Apply and maintain gel, acrylic, dip powder, and other artificial nail enhancements.
- Create custom nail art designs tailored to client preferences.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, tools, and equipment following health and safety standards.
- Educate clients on nail care techniques and recommend appropriate products.
- Stay up to date with the latest nail trends and techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage appointments and client records efficiently.
- Recommend and upsell nail and skincare products when appropriate.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in various nail techniques, including gel, acrylic, and nail art.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and creativity in nail design.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a spa or salon environment.
- Knowledge of nail health and skincare.
- Social media skills to promote services and attract clients.
