Laboratory / QC Technician (Bakery, Pastry, Protein, and Snack Bar)
Location: Kuwait

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all test methods and acceptance criteria for required tests are available.
• Conduct laboratory tests (physical, chemical, microbiological) according to procedures and plans.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated on time as per guidelines.
• Issue Certificates of Analysis for final products.
• Verify product test certificates with third-party laboratories (e.g., Municipality).
• Maintain laboratory test results and related quality records.
• Monitor and handle product non-conformities in line with procedures.
• Execute tasks assigned by the QC Head.
• Ensure inspections and tests comply with procedures and plans.
• Maintain laboratory controls in coordination with the Lab In-charge.
• Monitor and measure Critical Control Points (CCPs).
• Analyze non-conformities such as rejections, reworks, and customer returns.
• Ensure effective implementation of HACCP and Quality Management Systems in the factory.
• Oversee pest control and cleaning activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Food Technology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a food processing laboratory.
• Transferable Article 18 visa.
