Request for Proposal: School Cafeteria Operator

The American Baccalaureate School (ABS) in Khaitan is seeking proposals from experienced Food & Beverage (F&B) vendors to operate our school cafeteria. This is an excellent opportunity to serve our community of approximately 1,100 students and 300 faculty/staff across all school divisions.

Requirements & Timeline

The selected vendor must meet the following criteria:

• Menu: Offer a diverse and healthy menu at competitive prices.
• Operational Deadline: Must be fully operational by January 5, 2026.
• Installation Deadline: All necessary equipment and decor must be fully installed by December 20, 2025.

Proposal Submission

Proposals must include:

1. Sample menus and detailed pricing.
2. Food samples (to be provided upon request after initial review).
3. All hygiene and relevant operating certifications.
4. A detailed equipment and decor installation plan.
