Assistant Quality Officer – Spa

Location: Sharq, Kuwait City

Job Title: Assistant Quality Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Assistant Quality Officer to ensure that all aspects of our spa operations meet or exceed quality standards. This role involves assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance procedures, as well as conducting regular audits and inspections. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Line Manager and team members to improve service quality and enhance the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures for spa operations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
  3. Collaborate with department heads and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify trends and take proactive measures to enhance service quality.
  5. Provide training and support to staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
  6. Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, including audit findings and corrective actions.
  7. Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance for management review.
  8. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in spa quality management.
  9. Assist in coordinating external audits and ensure timely completion of any required actions.
  10. Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager or senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, preferably in the hospitality or spa industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of spa operations and industry standards is a plus.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17679) is an advantage.
