We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female Assistant Quality Officer to join our team at a luxury spa in Sharq.

Position Title: Assistant Quality Officer

Preferred Nationality: Arab
Age Requirement: Below 28 years old

Job Summary:

The Assistant Quality Officer will support the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance standards across all spa operations. This role involves conducting regular audits, monitoring service quality, and collaborating with team members to ensure a premium guest experience. The position reports directly to the Line Manager and plays a vital role in upholding the spa’s service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits and inspections focused on cleanliness, safety, and service quality
• Work with department heads to identify and resolve areas needing improvement
• Monitor guest feedback and reviews to detect trends and recommend solutions
• Support staff training to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks, findings, and corrective actions
• Prepare quality performance reports for management review
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in spa quality management
• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely completion of follow-up actions
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Line Manager or senior management

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in quality assurance, especially within the hospitality or spa industry
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and in a team, under pressure
• Familiarity with spa operations and industry standards is a plus
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 17679) is an advantage
