- Strong skills in 3D and 2D software (Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max)
- Excellent visualization skills with software knowledge (V-Ray, Lumion, D5)
- Familiarity with the latest innovations in interior and exterior design
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Site experience is mandatory
