Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain high service quality and accuracy at all times
* Attend daily meetings with restaurant staff to review specials, menu changes, and service specifications for reservations
* Provide menu recommendations, answer customer questions, and share additional information with the restaurant manager
* Handle customer complaints and stressful situations professionally
* Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system, order slips, or memorization
* Ensure customer satisfaction with their meals and prepare bills for tables when requested
* Process cash transactions, handle change, and ensure correct payment amounts
* Maintain food temperature and hygiene standards prior to serving customers
* Meet sales targets using an upselling approach
* Follow standard cutlery setup procedures and health, grooming, and hygiene policies
* Monitor food serving sequences and report any issues with dishes or kitchenware

* Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash transactions
