Kuwait: The Civil Service Bureau has confirmed that government agencies will adopt a flexible 4.5-hour workday during Ramadan. Under the existing 2024 regulations, employees can begin their shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. For those working evening shifts, the 4.5-hour duration remains, with a 15-minute grace period at the start of the shift and an additional 15-minute grace period for female employees at the end. Evening shifts must begin no earlier than 6:45 p.m. Individual agencies retain the right to set specific start and end times based on operational needs.
