Kuwait: The Kuwait Municipality’s Audit and Municipal Services Monitoring Department in Hawalli launched an intensive field campaign this week to enforce advertising and shop regulations. On Wednesday, officials confirmed that inspectors conducted wide-ranging visits to verify health licenses and advertising permits.
The initial phase resulted in 65 citations for various regulatory breaches. The Municipality noted that these inspections are not a one-off; a nationwide schedule is currently in place to extend these oversight visits across all governorates in the coming weeks to ensure full legal compliance.
