KUWAIT CITY – The Ministry of Interior (MoI) announced on Wednesday that a comprehensive test of the national civil defense sirens is scheduled for Monday, January 19, at 10:00 AM.
The Ministry emphasizes that this activation is a routine precautionary measure and reassures all citizens and residents that there is no cause for alarm. The exercise is designed to evaluate the operational readiness of the alert systems and ensure that safety procedures are effectively implemented across all regions of the country.
To maintain peak technical efficiency, the MoI confirmed that these siren tests will now be conducted systematically at 10:00 AM on the first Monday of every month.
