A Municipal Council member proposed mobile smart toilets

Municipal Council member Fahad Al-Abduljader proposed licensing mobile smart toilets for a nominal fee.

According to a local daily report, his proposal includes providing general cleaning services for these toilets, creating a mechanism to ensure accessibility for people with special needs, implementing a system to simplify the payment process for users with multiple payment options, and establishing guidelines to ensure the toilets are used appropriately.

In his proposal, he mentioned that most developed countries have mobile smart toilets in various facilities and locations. He argued that such mobile smart toilets would have a modern appearance and serve as a better alternative to fixed public toilets.
