Kuwait Fire Department officials have administratively closed 20 shops and establishments across various governorates for failing to meet safety and fire prevention requirements.
In a press statement released on Friday, officials reported that a recent campaign to enforce compliance with safety and fire prevention regulations led to these closures. The statement clarified that these businesses had not obtained the necessary fire licenses and had failed to adhere to safety and fire prevention standards, despite prior warnings to rectify the issues.
