With the appearance of the Suhail star in the southern horizon of the Arabian Peninsula on Saturday, August 24, Kuwait’s unusually hot weather is expected to improve, marking the beginning of the farming season.
Suhail, traditionally referred to in the region as the noble or bright star, signifies the end of summer and the start of the rainy season and date harvest. As a result, weather conditions are expected to gradually become more moderate, with shorter daytime and longer nights.
