In a recent operation near a farm in the Sulaibiya area, security forces arrested two illegal residents who were found with 45 bottles of locally-produced alcohol. During the incident, four accomplices managed to escape. The arrests were made by Jahra Security Support officers who came across the suspects acting suspiciously, with their vehicle stuck. A search of the vehicle revealed the 45 bottles of alcohol.

During questioning, the suspects admitted that they were part of a group that included four other individuals who fled as the patrol approached. They disclosed that they obtained the alcohol from a warehouse in the “Rahiya” area and intended to sell it. The confiscated alcohol was seized, and the arrested individuals were taken to the Saad Al-Abdullah City police station for further questioning. The authorities have released the names of the fugitives and have referred the case to detectives. An investigation is currently underway to locate the remaining suspects and identify the source of the illegal alcohol production.
