Kuwait Airways has secured the third position in the Middle East and Africa region for its punctuality, ensuring timely flight departures with a remarkable 91.13% improvement. This achievement is according to Cirium’s June 2024 report, specializing in aviation analytics and data, which monitors airlines’ on-time performance globally.

The airline’s on-time performance rose to 90.6% in May 2024 from 88.2% in April 2024 and 85.6% in March 2024, demonstrating a consistent upward trend. Kuwait Airways attributes this success to its dedicated workforce and adherence to stringent operational policies implemented since late 2023, focusing on aircraft maintenance and flight schedules.

These results underscore Kuwait Airways’ commitment to enhancing service standards amidst challenges in the air transport industry, reflecting its continuous efforts to deliver superior service to its valued customers.
