The Kuwait Municipality has blocked 245 buildings in Farwaniya this month for not complying with regulations. This follows intensive inspections by the municipality’s supervision team, according to Jassem Al-Khuder, chief of Farwaniya’s engineering supervision department. The inspections aim to ensure homeowners follow engineering license rules and the allowed number of stories. The municipality will take legal action against violators.
