Sheikh Fahd Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior, has suspended Article 17 passports for Bedouns, except for humanitarian cases like medical treatment and education.
All existing Article 17 passports are now canceled. For humanitarian cases, individuals must visit the Al-Adan Center with an appointment, scheduled through the Ministry of Interior’s website.
