Suspicious Activity Near School Results in Bedoun’s Arrest

As part of ongoing security efforts by Public Security personnel in the Special Tasks Company, a patrol unit encountered a suspicious situation early in the morning while monitoring an area within the governorate. The officers observed a vehicle driver behaving suspiciously near a school parking lot, with his friends filming and encouraging his actions. This prompted the security personnel to turn on their flashlights and approach the scene.

The suspect then sped away, prompting the patrol officers to request backup and pursue him. He was eventually apprehended in the Taima area after roadblocks were set up. Despite being stopped, the suspect attempted to flee but was subdued after resisting arrest.

Further investigation revealed that the suspect was a Bedoun and that the vehicle he was driving did not have license plates. A detailed report of the incident was filed, and the suspect was taken into police custody. The vehicle was impounded, and the case was referred to the traffic court.
