With schools set to open and road traffic expected to increase, Brigadier Jamal Al-Foudari, Director General of the General Traffic Department, chaired a preliminary meeting with various government agencies, including the Ministry of Public Works, the Ministry of Education, Kuwait Municipality, the Public Authority for Roads and Land Transport, the Civil Service Bureau, and the Fatwa and Legislation Department, to address the issue of traffic congestion.
