Kuwait: MOI Sets Three-Vehicle Limit for Expats in Kuwait The Ministry of Interior has officially capped vehicle ownership for expatriates at a maximum of three units for personal use. Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Bouhassan, Assistant Director of the Traffic Awareness Department, clarified that this limit applies to a combination of cars, motorcycles, and pickup trucks. While residents may renew registrations for their current fleet, no new registrations will be processed once the three-vehicle threshold is met.
