Kuwait: In a significant step toward digital transformation, the Ministry of Interior has introduced an electronic passport update service via the unified government app, “Sahl.” Developed through a joint effort between the General Department of Information Systems and the General Department of Residence Affairs, the service allows residents to manage their data remotely. According to the Ministry, this initiative aims to streamline administrative procedures, reduce foot traffic at service centers, and enhance the overall efficiency of government services.
