The newspaper obtained a copy of the statistics prepared by the agencies operating at the airport, indicating that the total number of expected passengers from February 25 to March 1, 2025, is about 225,500 on board 1,691 flights. The total number of departures during the same period will reach about 113,300 on board 849 flights, while around 112,200 passengers are expected to arrive on board 842 flights.
In addition, Dubai, Cairo, Jeddah, Doha, and Istanbul are the most preferred destinations during the upcoming holidays. The statistics show that Terminal One will handle 90,200 passengers on 727 flights, Terminal Four will handle 65,300 passengers on 406 flights, and Terminal Five will handle 69,900 passengers on 558 flights.
