Urgent Requirement
We are seeking highly qualified candidates for the following positions:
Accountant (1 Position)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Kuwait.
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish financial statements on time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Office Administrator (1 Position)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Kuwait.
- Manage daily schedules and appointments for the executive team.
- Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Develop and implement an efficient documentation and filing system.
