Job Opening: Lifting Supervisor – Kuwait
Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

A leading Heavy Equipment service provider is looking for an experienced Lifting Supervisor to oversee and manage lifting operations, ensuring safety, precision, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all lifting operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
• Ensure lifting equipment and machinery are inspected, maintained, and used in compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with rigging crews to plan and execute lifting procedures for heavy equipment and materials.
• Oversee the proper use and maintenance of lifting gears, including cranes.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for lifting operations.
• Provide guidance, training, and leadership to lifting crew members.
• Maintain accurate records of lifting activities, inspections, and safety compliance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lifting Supervisor or in a similar role, particularly with cranes.
• Strong knowledge of lifting equipment, rigging techniques, and safety regulations.
• Certification in lifting operations is required.
• Ability to assess and mitigate risks in lifting and rigging operations.
