Under the patronage of Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and in the presence of Marzouq Al-Otaibi, Acting Director of the Public Authority for Manpower, along with representatives from various diplomatic missions in Kuwait, the Shelter Center for Male Expatriate Workers was officially inaugurated today in the Hawalli area.
Covering an area of 10,000 square meters, the center serves as a testament to Kuwait’s humanitarian values, embodying the kindness and unity the country is renowned for. The establishment of this center was made possible thanks to the unwavering efforts of civil society organizations, which have played, and will continue to play, a critical role in supporting humanitarian and social initiatives. These organizations have shown their impact in promoting social solidarity, aiding those in need, and developing sustainable solutions to protect and care for workers.
