Key Responsibilities:

• Team Supervision: Lead and coordinate mobile detailing teams, ensuring all team members adhere to schedules and complete tasks efficiently.
• Quality Control: Review completed jobs to ensure that detailing standards are met before obtaining customer approval.
• Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries, resolve any complaints, and ensure an overall positive service experience.
• Training & Coaching: Train staff on detailing techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the availability of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked.
• Schedule Management: Assist in scheduling and dispatching teams to assigned locations in a timely and organized manner.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment for the team.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of company service vans, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on job completions, team performance, and any operational challenges.
• Conflict Resolution: Address any disputes or operational issues, both within the team and with customers, in a professional manner.
