We are seeking a well-presented and professional Female Receptionist to join our luxury spa team in Sharq.

- Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is a must

- Ability to handle cash, card, and online payments with accuracy
- Strong knowledge of spa services and beauty products
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome guests, ensuring a high-end customer experience
- Manage bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Provide information on spa treatments, offers, and packages
- Upsell spa services and retail products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing reception area
- Coordinate with spa therapists for smooth day-to-day operations
- Respond promptly to WhatsApp and Instagram messages
- Organize VIP arrangements for special occasions (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries)
- Monitor guest feedback and contribute to service improvements
