Urgent Requirement
We are seeking highly qualified candidates for the following positions:
Accountant (1 Position)
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Kuwait.
– Manage all accounting transactions.
– Prepare budget forecasts.
– Publish financial statements on time.
– Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
– Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
– Ensure timely bank payments.
– Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
– Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
– Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
– Audit financial transactions and documents.
– Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary.
– Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Office Administrator (1 Position)
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Kuwait.
– Manage daily schedules and appointments for the executive team.
– Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
– Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
– Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking.
– Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
– Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data.
– Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
– Develop and implement an efficient documentation and filing system.
