📌 Account Executive

• Conduct daily face-to-face visits to identify new business opportunities in the Kuwait market.
• Promote SMSA services to maintain and grow customer revenue.
• Achieve monthly sales and account automation targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in the designated area.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.

📌 Account Manager

• Identify and seize new business opportunities through daily client visits.
• Increase sales and expand the customer base.
• Address customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
• Support management in launching new services and marketing initiatives.
• Analyze competitor activities and provide reports.
• Introduce automated tools to streamline shipment transactions and enhance customer experience.
• Submit detailed sales activity reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
