Requirements:
- Male or Female
- Arab nationality (must speak fluent English and Arabic)
- Transferable Visa 18
- Ready to join immediately
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent active listening and interpersonal abilities
- Patient, empathetic, and able to handle work pressure
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good troubleshooting and computer literacy skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service tools
- In-depth knowledge of company products and services
- Experience in accounts, sales, or technical support is a plus
