Wathif is urgently looking to hire a Retail Sales Associate.

• Experience: 1+ year
• Preferred Candidates: Female (Pinoys)
• Joining Date: March
• Visa Type: 18 Ahli
• Age Range: 22 - 33 (Well-groomed & Professional)

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic knowledge of Information Technology (IT) and its application in retail/sales
• Familiarity with sales software or Point-of-Sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Excellent customer service skills, focusing on providing a positive shopping experience
• Ability to understand and meet customer needs effectively
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation and upselling skills

Working Hours: 8 hours (1 day off per week)
Salary Offered: KWD 275 - 300
