Location: Salmiya
A well-established dental center is looking for a fluent Arabic-speaking professional with sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle incoming leads, engage with potential customers, and drive conversions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads from social media, calls, and other channels
- Nurture and follow up with leads to maximize conversions
- Maintain a professional and engaging customer experience
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including appointment scheduling and inquiries
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)
- Proven experience in sales, presales, call center, or front desk roles
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently with consistent follow-up and a track record of meeting sales targets
- Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus
