General Terms:

1. Priority will be given to Kuwaiti applicants who meet the requirements.
2. Applicants are required to be proficient in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking) and in computer applications.
3. A minimum of 70% is required to pass the English language test.
4. Applicants must successfully pass a set of tests with specified success rates to qualify for a personal interview.
5. Applicants shall be subject to the necessary conditions for appointment in accordance with the rules and regulations at Kuwait Airways.
6. Compliance with Cabinet Resolution No. 914 issued on 2010/06/29 is mandatory, which includes: Retired persons are only permitted to apply within the narrowest of limits for pilots and flight engineers; they shall be requested, if necessary, to ensure continued safe operations.
7. Bachelor's degrees not recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education in Kuwait will not be considered.
8. Diploma degrees not recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education in Kuwait will not be considered.
9. Applicants must demonstrate good conduct and behavior and must not have been convicted in any case prejudicial to honor or honesty.
10. Applicants will be subject to personal interviews and the necessary tests. In the event of equal ratings, comparisons will be made according to the standards set in Civil Service Commission Resolution No. (4) of 2001, in the following order:

• 1st: Holding a grade of 90% or higher for the qualification.
• 2nd: Graduation order and seniority.
• 3rd: Married applicants will be preferred over single-status applicants.
