Job Title: Assistant Operations Officer
Location: Sharq, Kuwait City
Department: Operations

Job Summary:
The Assistant Operations Officer will assist the Operations team in managing daily tasks, fleet management, supplier coordination, compliance, and improving operational efficiency. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and support for the department’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline operations.

Fleet Management Assistance:

  • Support in managing and tracking the vehicle fleet.
  • Ensure regular maintenance and accurate records for all vehicles.

Supplier and Vendor Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating with local and international suppliers.
  • Help in negotiating contracts and ensuring timely procurement of goods.

Branch Expansion Support:

  • Provide administrative support for new branch openings and operational setups.
  • Assist with coordinating logistics and facility arrangements.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Assist in preparing operational reports and analyzing data.
  • Support in monitoring performance metrics and recommending improvements.

General Administrative Duties:

  • Provide support to the Operations Manager/Officer in various tasks.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or an administrative role.
  • Nationality: India

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
