The Avenue

The Avenues in Kuwait is a prime example of modern architecture, leading the way in both area and visitor count both in Kuwait and the surrounding region. The Avenues consists of 12 districts: 1st Avenue, 2nd Avenue, Prestige, Grand Avenue, SoKu, The Mall, The Souk, The Arcades, Grand Plaza, Electra, The Forum, and The Gardens. These districts are inspired by both traditional and modern engineering styles.

1st Avenue

Eleven Cinescape movie theaters and more than 200 shops, eateries, and cafés can be found within the large 1st Avenue district. It includes a section dedicated to home furnishings that houses foreign retailers, some of which are opening their first locations in Kuwait and others of which are opening only in The Avenues.

2nd Avenue

Marina Mall
