According to Al-Seyassah daily, the Ministry of Public Works has reached a significant milestone by having all correspondence done digitally. This accomplishment is in line with the government’s goal to fully digitize all public sectors. The achievement can be attributed to specific instructions given by Eid Al-Rashidi, the acting Undersecretary of the Ministry. The objective of this effort is to improve the effectiveness of transaction processes by implementing electronic communication across different departments within the Ministry. The shift to electronic communication supports an environmentally friendly workplace while expediting transaction completion, which is in line with the overarching objective of moving towards a paperless setting.
