The Ministry of Interior carried out a comprehensive security campaign in Farwaniya on Friday night, resulting in the arrest of several expatriates for various law violations.

During the campaign, a total of 2,833 traffic violations were recorded, and multiple individuals were apprehended, including nine without identification, 23 violators of the Residence and Work Law, 26 individuals wanted on arrest warrants, three connected to drug cases, and three found in abnormal conditions. The operation also involved the seizure of several vehicles for legal violations.

The security checks were conducted under the direct supervision of Sheikh Fahd Al-Youssef, the First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior, with participation from the General Traffic Department, the General Department of Rescue Police, the Public Security Sector, the General Department of Special Security Forces, and the Women’s Police.

A similar campaign took place in the Khaitan area on Thursday night and will continue in other locations, according to sources.
