The Egyptian nurse who falsified her documents to be appointed by the Ministry of Health was fined KD 21,000 by the Criminal Court for receiving unjustified salaries for five years. She was also sentenced to ten years in prison. It also fined someone else KD 5,000 for forging the nurse’s appointment.
The two suspects were accused by the Public Prosecution of using forged official documents to obtain employment at the Ministry of Health, utilizing unauthorized documents, and taking money that was not theirs. Nonetheless, the prosecution leveled accusations against the two suspects, which they denied.
