### Job Purpose
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, ensuring satisfaction, and promoting banking products.
### Responsibilities
#### General Duties
- **Compliance:** Follow all risk policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure activities comply with corporate and legal standards.
#### Specific Duties
- **Inbound Calls:** Answer calls quickly and professionally, helping customers with their banking needs and solving problems.
- **Service Quality:** Maintain high standards of service to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- **Product Knowledge:** Understand the bank's products and services to assist customers accurately.
- **Data Entry:** Accurately enter customer information and transaction details into the system.
- **Security:** Follow security protocols to protect customer information and maintain confidentiality.
- **Sales:** Identify chances to promote and sell banking products during customer interactions.
- **Complaint Handling:** Address customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
- **Reporting:** Provide regular reports on call metrics, customer feedback, and trends.
### Success Factors
- **Communication:** Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- **Banking Knowledge:** Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulations.
- **Problem-Solving:** Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using call center software and systems.
### Education
- High school diploma or equivalent certification/experience.
### Experience
- 0-1 year of experience.
