CSC automates end-of-service benefits for non-Kuwaiti employees

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has announced the automation of end-of-service procedures for non-Kuwaiti employees. This new system allows for an electronic process, eliminating the need for paper documentation.

The automation links the employee’s employer with the relevant departments within the CSC, demonstrating the commission’s commitment to improving efficiency and accuracy. This update aims to save time and effort, streamline data monitoring and auditing, and simplify the implementation of the replacement policy across all government agencies, in accordance with Civil Service Council Resolution No. 11 of 2017.

The system ensures that all financial obligations owed to the state by the non-Kuwaiti employee are settled before their dues are disbursed. To support this transition, the CSC has begun training specialists from government agencies on the new system to ensure a smooth and compliant execution of the end-of-service procedures.
