We are looking for a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our new Luxury Spa Branch. If you have experience in massage therapy, skincare, and wellness treatments, along with a strong commitment to client satisfaction, we invite you to be part of our team!

Position: Spa Therapist

Job Type: Full-Time (12-hour shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, facial treatments, manicures, pedicures, and body therapies following spa standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for guests.
• Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand clients’ needs and medical history.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well-prepared, and fully stocked before and after each session.
• Follow all hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment.
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and wellness packages to clients.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude at all times.
• Report any issues related to spa facilities, maintenance, or client concerns to management.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in massage therapy, beauty treatments, or spa services is required.
• Certification in Massage Therapy, Skincare, or Beauty Therapy is preferred.
• Ability to perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, reflexology, and sports massage.
• Strong understanding of body wellness, skincare routines, and spa therapies.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift and manage multiple client bookings efficiently.
• Knowledge of spa hygiene and safety standards.
