We Are Hiring – Female Receptionist (Arab & Filipino)
Join our team at our new luxury spa branch! We are looking for a professional, customer-focused Female Receptionist with excellent Arabic & English communication skills. If you have a passion for hospitality and experience in front desk or spa reception roles, we want to hear from you!
Position Details:
- Role: Female Receptionist

- Salary: Competitive + Commissions
- Languages Required: Arabic & English
Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable experience.
✔️ Manage spa bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person requests.
✔️ Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and offers.
✔️ Handle cash, card, and online payments efficiently.
✔️ Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
✔️ Upsell spa services and retail products.
✔️ Respond promptly to WhatsApp and Instagram messages.
✔️ Coordinate with therapists for smooth operations.
✔️ Organize VIP arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, and special events.
✔️ Monitor guest feedback and contribute to service excellence.
Job Requirements:
✅ Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa reception preferred.
✅ Strong knowledge of spa services, beauty products, and guest handling.
✅ Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken and written).
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, booking systems, and CRM software.
✅ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
✅ Ability to handle financial transactions and maintain records accurately.
✅ Warm, friendly, and professional attitude with a high level of hospitality.
