A newly established salon in Sharq is seeking a skilled and professional Eyelash Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate should have experience in performing lash lift treatments while ensuring client satisfaction and safety. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lash lift treatments with precision and care.
• Consult with clients to determine their desired lash look and recommend the best options.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build strong client relationships.
• Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance for long-lasting results.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new products.
• Recommend and upsell related beauty services and products when suitable.

Requirements:

• Certification or training in lash lifting (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Previous experience as a lash technician or in a related beauty field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of eye anatomy, lash health, and proper application techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and steady hands.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
• Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous learning.
