**Architectural Firm in Kuwait City Seeks Sales Manager**

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Identify and generate new business leads for commercial projects and government tenders.
- Act as the primary contact for clients from initial lead through contract signing.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and status updates in the provided system.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

**Qualifications:**

- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of the architectural field and the ability to communicate certain technical subjects.
- Understanding of city laws, legal processes, and restrictions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the commercial and government tendering processes.

**Supplementary Qualifications:**

- Ability to draft contracts and gather information from potential clients.

**Requirements:**

- Regular Visa 18 (Ahli)
- Immediate availability
- Currently residing in Kuwait
- Possession of a driver’s license and a car
