**Job Description**

Here's what a day with us looks like:
- Approach and assist customers who need help, understanding their needs through effective questioning.
- Advise customers on the best solutions for their homes to exceed their expectations.
- Utilize various IKEA sales channels and communication methods tailored to different customer needs.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked area, adhering to IKEA merchandising standards for a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for IKEA products, continuously learning about their features and benefits to share knowledge with customers and colleagues.
- Understand store and department action plans, taking responsibility for department goals and your contributions.
- Offer all IKEA services to enhance customer choices and overall shopping experience.
- Lead or support commercial activities in your department and throughout the store.
- Drive sales and profitability by focusing on top-selling products and ensuring high stock availability.
- Utilize system parameters for sales location management to optimize sales space capacities.
- Understand and support IKEA's social and environmental commitments, contributing to sustainability.

**Qualifications**

We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience in customer-focused service industries.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability in active selling and understanding customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills (Bilingual Speakers preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic is essential.
- Flexibility and ability to work with urgency.
